Who We Are

Building Resilience : The Importance of Social Emotional Mental Health

Within our team, you will find a group of highly dedicated clinical specialist occupational therapists and sensory integration practitioners. Our collective expertise includes an Approved Mental Health Practitioner (AMHP) and a pediatric nurse, both of whom possess extensive knowledge in children’s health and mental well-being. We are particularly skilled in sensory integration and emotional regulation, making us the ideal CAMHS intervention service for young people.

What We Do

Discover What We Do and How It Can Benefit You

Welcome to our CAMHS service, where we specialise in offering tailor-made therapy for young people who are facing social  emotional mental health (SEMH) difficulties. Our therapeutic sessions are conducted in small groups of just four individuals, ensuring a personalised and supportive environment.

We support young people to focus on tolerating, modulating and sustaining their internal states using a multi sensory whole body and brain approach, providing young people with a toolbox of coping, regulating, soothing and grounding strategies to use during difficult times.

Our approach uses the latest neuroplasticity techniques and multi modal integrative therapy consisting of a variety of models and approaches. During our sessions we use the environment, lifestyle and play combining cognitive education, behavioural techniques, somatic brain body attunement and connection, sensory integration and neurofeedback, ensuring a well-rounded and effective therapeutic experience to re wire the anxious brain.

Through our weekly small group sessions, young people can learn and develop the essential skills needed for emotional regulation. We are committed to providing them with a diverse range of skills and equipping them with various tools to thrive in life. This transformative journey spans 12 weeks, with weekly sessions as part of our comprehensive program. If a group setting is not feasible, we are more than willing to provide one-on-one therapeutic intervention. Simply discuss your requirements with us. Furthermore, if an individual separate specialist assessment is necessary, we are fully equipped to offer that as well.

Who We Support

Building Stronger Foundations : Learn About the Individuals We Support

We are here to lend a helping hand to young people aged 11 to 18 who are going through emotional difficulties. Our support is tailored to those who may have a diagnosis of autism and/or ADHD, as well as those grappling with trauma, anxiety, and low mood. Our primary aim is to assist mainstream young people who may be facing challenges in both their academic and home environments.

We can also offer bespoke tailored sessions in our sensory nature space with our specialist OT team for complex adult clients with LD ASD or complex health needs.

Who Can Refer

Unlock the Power of Referrals : Who Can Refer and Why It Matters

We work with SEND teams, educational institutions, Pupil referral units, Integrated Care Board (ICB’s), General Practitioners (GP’s), and individuals who have self-referred. By reaching out to these diverse groups, we can ensure that our services are accessible to a wide range of individuals who may require support. Whether it’s collaborating with SEND teams to provide specialised assistance, partnering with schools to create inclusive learning environments, or working closely with Pupil referral units to address the needs of vulnerable students, our aim is to make a positive impact on the lives of those we serve.

Where We Are

Unravelling the Secrets of Our Enchanting Destination

Discover the wonders of Baggeridge Park in South Staffordshire as we invite you to join our transformative sessions. Embracing a holistic nature-based approach, we leverage the therapeutic benefits of nature, open spaces, and woodland to cultivate a sense of calm, relaxation and balance. Within this secure and nurturing environment, you’ll have the opportunity to enhance your skills, embark on a journey of self-exploration, and forge deep connections with fellow participants.

Outcome Measures

From Data to Success : The Role of Outcome Measures in Achieving Your Objectives

To gauge the effectiveness of our intervention, we conduct an outcome measure both at the start and after the 12-week program. Our dedicated occupational therapist and sensory integration experts work closely together to create customised therapeutic sessions. This approach not only enables us to evaluate progress but also ensures that specific goals are incorporated into the program.
